Here’s Who I Am. 
     I’ve lived and worked in the Greater Vancouver area for over 25 years. I’ve also bought, managed, and sold real estate as an investor for 20 years. During this time, I’ve come to appreciate the frustrations home buyers and sellers experience that arise from interacting with an industry that doesn't always put the customer first.
     That’s why I launched the first PropertyGuys.com franchise in the Greater Vancouver area. I believe people deserve better options that give them the opportunity to save more of their money, exercise more control over the process, and benefit from a customized experience that suits their needs.

Here’s What We Do.
     Simply put, we're in the business of helping homes get sold FAST! We provide all the support and resources that sellers (and buyers) need for their real estate transactions. This includes comprehensive marketing, negotiations, showings, and connections to service providers such as legal services and mortgage brokers. 

Here’s Why We're Different.
     We give you far more flexibility in how the sales process is executed, ranging from facilitation of private sales to fully supported licensed realtor services. You decide what you need, and we help you get the rest of the way. The standard commission model is not how we operate. Instead, we determine a price for your services package specifically for you that varies based on your choices (and not your sales price).
